The ARC Control and ARC Team apps
Both apps are tools for businesses that already use ARC.
ARC Control lets owners and game masters run their rooms from a phone. Sign in with your ARC account and connect the phone to one of your locations.
ARC Team is for the staff of businesses that have the Team add-on: schedules, time clock and announcements. Your employer invites you, and you sign in with that invitation.
Neither app creates accounts. ARC accounts are created and managed in the ARC portal, and ARC Team works only with an active ARC subscription that includes Team.
Deleting your account or data
Accounts are managed in the ARC portal, not in the phone apps.
- Employees and account users: your employer or the account owner manages your access. Ask them to remove you; they keep the work records the law requires. For questions about your personal data, email [email protected].
- Business owners: cancel your subscription in the ARC portal. To have your business's ARC account and its data deleted, email [email protected] from the account owner's email address. We keep only the records we must keep, such as billing and security records.
- Data on your ARC computer: games, rooms and logs stay on the computer that runs ARC. Uninstalling ARC and deleting its data folder removes them.
