Get started

Sign up, install, go live.

Getting ARC running at your venue is straightforward. Create an account, install the software, connect your rooms, and you're ready to go.

How it works

1

Create your account and install ARC

Sign up on the ARC website, download the installer, and run it on the Windows PC that will control your rooms. Sign in, activate your location, and you're set up.

2

Connect your rooms

Add your hardware — sensors, locks, lights, buttons, speakers — and build your games, hints, and automations inside ARC. Test everything before you open to players.

3

Go live

Hand it to your staff and start running games. ARC gives your team one screen to monitor rooms, send hints, control devices, and manage every session.

What you can do with ARC

Build

Design games and automations

Create puzzles, set up triggers, build hint sequences, and configure how your rooms behave — all inside ARC.

Control

Monitor and control every room

Your staff get a single dashboard to run games, watch room progress, send hints, and override anything in real time.

Monitor

Manage your devices

See every connected sensor, lock, light, and speaker. Add new devices, check their status, and control them directly.

Grow

Track performance and improve

View game analytics, review session history, and use the data to tune your rooms and train your staff.

System requirements

ARC is lightweight and runs on hardware you probably already have.

Windows 10 or 11

ARC runs on any PC with Windows 10 or Windows 11.

4 GB of RAM

That's the recommended minimum. Most modern PCs meet this easily.

1 GB of disk space

You'll need at least 1 GB of free space on your control machine.

macOS

A macOS version of ARC is planned for fall 2026.

Next step
