Getting started and support

Start ARC with a full trial and a clear path to help

The trial is the real product—not a limited demo. You can install ARC, connect hardware, build games, and run your operation for 30 days before deciding whether to subscribe.

ARC also gives you more than one support path: the step-by-step Learning Center, Discord for practical questions, and direct email when you need the ARC team.

Trial

30 days

Full access to ARC with no credit card required to start.

Primary location

$65/mo

Every ARC feature with unlimited rooms and devices at that business location.

Additional locations

$50/mo

The same complete platform for each additional business location.

From signup to your first room

You can evaluate ARC alongside your current setup before making a switch.

1

Create your ARC Portal account

Start the trial, verify your email, and use the Portal to manage your business locations and licenses.

2

Install and connect ARC

Install ARC on the computer that will run your rooms, then connect that installation to the trial license.

3

Build and test

Add devices, create a room, import a supported starter package, and test game logic without interrupting your current system.

4

Go live when you are ready

Train staff on the live control page and move rooms over on your schedule. The trial does not force a rushed cutover.

Learning Center

Follow the complete setup and feature guides

Use the Learning Center for installation, game building, automations, connections, displays, backups, and day-to-day operation.

Discord

Talk through practical setup questions

Discord is usually the fastest place to compare approaches with the ARC team and the other escape room owners using the platform.

Email

Contact the people who build ARC

Send account, billing, or product questions to [email protected] for direct help from the ARC team.

Helpful details to include when asking for help

  • The ARC version and the business location or installation affected.
  • What you were trying to do and the exact result or error you saw.
  • The relevant connection, device, room, or automation names.
  • Whether the problem affects setup only or is blocking a game.

Release availability stays visible in the Portal

The ARC Portal is the source for current downloads and release information. It shows the versions available for your account and gives you the installer path appropriate for the current release.

Because ARC is installed software, you decide when to move a production computer to a new release. Read the release notes, keep a current backup, and verify the room before the next live session.

Next step

Use the trial to answer the real question: does ARC fit your rooms?

Install the complete platform, connect the hardware you already own, and build something real before you subscribe.
