From signup to your first room
You can evaluate ARC alongside your current setup before making a switch.

Create your ARC Portal account
Start the trial, verify your email, and use the Portal to manage your business locations and licenses.

Install and connect ARC
Install ARC on the computer that will run your rooms, then connect that installation to the trial license.

Build and test
Add devices, create a room, import a supported starter package, and test game logic without interrupting your current system.

Go live when you are ready
Train staff on the live control page and move rooms over on your schedule. The trial does not force a rushed cutover.

Release availability stays visible in the Portal
The ARC Portal is the source for current downloads and release information. It shows the versions available for your account and gives you the installer path appropriate for the current release.
Because ARC is installed software, you decide when to move a production computer to a new release. Read the release notes, keep a current backup, and verify the room before the next live session.
