Assist Review is the Assist tab in Insights. It summarizes Assist’s recorded suggestions and notifications alongside staff hints and session events. Choose a game to review how Assist activity and staff actions lined up during its sessions.

Open a game’s review

  1. Open Insights → Assist.
  2. Choose a game in the game selector. Retired games are hidden until you turn on Show retired games in the selector.
  3. Review the summary and the Reviewed sessions table. Select a session row to expand its Assist timeline; select it again to collapse the timeline.

The page has no separate date-range or win/loss filter. It reviews up to the 30 latest completed sessions available for the selected game in Game History. A completed session can appear even if it has no hints or Assist activity; its timeline may simply have fewer events.

Read the summary

The tiles show:

  • Learned sessions — the number of sessions represented in Assist’s learning summary, with an indicator for Trusted or Still learning.
  • Staff first hints and Flagged by Assist — staff first hints and the share of those hints Assist flagged near the time staff acted.
  • Median lead — the typical time between Assist flagging a moment and staff acting, shown as before, after, or the same moment.
  • Suggestions per session and Notifications — the average suggestions and total alerts in the reviewed data.
  • Hint timing and Spare time at hint — appear when ARC has a calibrated value to report.

The Reviewed sessions table lists each run’s date, staff member, group size, outcome, staff hint count, Assist suggestions, notifications, flagged share, and median lead. A Watching only marker identifies a session that Assist observed without making suggestions or notifications.

Inspect a session timeline

Expand a row to see the session timeline. It combines Assist suggestions, notifications and flags with observed events such as staff hints, objective completions, and help requests. Objective names use the selected game’s configured names when available.

Use the timeline to understand what was recorded around a flag or suggestion. A flag is a cue to review the event sequence, not by itself a verdict on a staff member or a session.

Give Assist enough session history

Assist Review appears when a game has completed sessions. If there are no completed sessions yet, record a session and return to this tab later. The learning tile distinguishes early learning from the point at which ARC considers its sample trusted.

If Game History is temporarily unavailable, ARC shows an unavailable message and a Try again action. If the selected game has no recorded sessions, or retired games are hidden, the page explains the corresponding empty state.
